Risk and Compliance Committee Charter

The Risk and Compliance Committee (RCC) supports Aquila Nickel Group’s commitment to integrity, accountability, and sustainable growth. The RCC Charter sets out the Committee’s mandate, responsibilities, and operating principles in overseeing risk management and compliance across the Group.

Through this Charter, the Group underscores its dedication to strong governance, adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and the promotion of ethical business conduct. The RCC provides independent oversight and guidance to management, helping to identify, assess, and mitigate risks while enhancing transparency and stakeholder confidence.

The accompanying RCC Policy further details the procedures, standards, and practices that guide the Committee’s work. Together, the Charter and Policy establish a solid foundation for effective governance and sound risk and compliance management throughout the Group.

Grievance Mechanism and Reporting Concerns
