Management Team

Dmitry Privalov

CEO and President Director

Mr. Dmitry Privalov has over 25 years of experience in investment and project management, with a strong focus on the metals and mining industry. Over the past 17 years, he has held senior managerial and executive positions across several international mining companies, overseeing large-scale copper (Norilsk Nickel, Intergeo), gold (Polyus), uranium (ARMZ), and nickel (Aquila Nickel, Intergeo) projects.

He began his career in investment banking before joining Norilsk Nickel, where he played a key role in major acquisitions and project evaluations. He later served as CEO of Elcon Mining and Metallurgical Company, leading the development of one of the world’s largest uranium deposits, and as President of Intergeo, managing major copper and nickel projects in partnership with global investors.

Since 2010, Mr. Privalov has led Aquila Nickel Group’s operations in Southeast Asia, driving the development of world-class nickel assets in Indonesia. Under his leadership, the Group has successfully advanced several nickel projects from exploration to production, strengthening its position as a leading player in the regional mining sector.
